Hi, I am Analisa, the founder of Happy, Well & Beautiful. After over 20 years as an educator, school administrator, coach, and mom, I've discovered that my purpose is attending to the "real life skills" that continue to fall in the gap between formal education and real life. Skills that help us sustain a healthy mindset, and live a healthy life, that serves others, but also serves our unique purpose, are often only glossed over, without ACTUAL STEPS & PROCESSES to work through. I believe healthy minded, positive action taking people, with a passion to serve the greater good, are needed now more than ever.
I've always been passionate about how our brain works, and why we do what we do. I have a bachelor of arts in psychology, and a masters in school administration.
